Old Snakes fingers and neck are not rigged yet and Raidens still got a couple more things to go too.

MGS4 Raiden actually doesn't cause any lag and ain't too high in file size either. Same goes for Old Snake btw.
Tristripper would do wonders and make these hacks look even better though!

I'm trying to convince my brother that he should make the legs longer because the proportions don't look right. His lower body looks small compared to the rest of the body.
But...Since "it's from the game" he says it's perfect and doesn't have to change a thing.
His entire upper body is way to big and looking at Jak's concept art,renders,gameplay in multiple games and other sources,he clearly has to make the legs just a little longer to fit the body.

Thing is, it's not perfect. When I ripped the model the proportions of the entire model were off. I tried my best to fix them but I could't quite do it.

Playstation All Stars: Wii Edition XD Looking good guys. A Wii version could be possible if you guys are willing to work for it. I'll even make a few stages from All Stars to help contribute to a possible Wii version since I don't own a PS3 anymore I would still like to have the game on a console so why not Wii ;)

I'm a man of my word, so here's your first preview of Dreamscape. I started this the day I posted on your guys thread that'll I'll make an All Stars stage to go with your All Stars characters. Also Sackboy is part of the SSBX roster so he'll need a homestage. What you see is 3 full hours of work, still have more to do, but I made it from scratch and it plays great. I really admire what you guys are doing with these All Stars hacks, true dedication. Keep up the good work you two and I may make more All Star stages ;D

There will be some animations on the stage but I won't be doing the transition to Buzz. That's way too much animating and the file size will go up which may cause serious lag or the stage to freeze. It'll be as you see with some animations here and there, but for gameplay wise I don't wanna keep adding more useless stuff to it cuz it won't be playable and defeats the purpose of even making it. But hey at least you'll get the stage, and I'm currently looking through the other stages in All Stars to make after Dreamscape ;D

You know you guys should start tweaking with a custom CSS for this. Seeing how it's a "Wii" version, I suggest you leave Mario and Link the same and make em exclusive characters only for the Wii versions, since they're Nintendo's heavy hitters and most known and respected video game characters as well they deserve a spot to be part of PSABR Wii roster. Just throwin it out there r)

Well in the project it's just gonna be the confirmed characters.
To be honest I've always thought that this project should be released after All-Stars gets released so we know everything that needs to be in.
However, from what my brothers told me he wants to release a couple things with KTH before that. I'm not sure though as I still stand by my decision and the content in it.(Only All-Stars stuff)
Example:
If Crash isn't in the game then no Crash.
BUUUUTT...that's why we have that other image after the All-Stars one with "Sony characters".
It's gonna be multiple releases from what I understood.

I've been following this game every single day and know all the info, I've even had conversations with Paul Gale and he's joined my forum as well.
The next 2-6 characters are most likely unlockable and will not be revealed. I can say this though marketing on the game has been horrible and well this won't help it but yeah, just trust me on this one! =)

Well KTH made Spike, Fat Princess and Sir Dan so we'll talk to him about it but I agree that those need work.
Honestly I think the problem with Spike is who he's over. Those Toon Link legs do no justice for him.
Sir dan is probably the one who needs the most work, He needs to be skinnier and resemble his PSP/All-Stars appearance but I'm sure he knows this! =)
We've actually updated Toro with KTH's help and it looks great, we just haven't posted previews. It looks great in game-play and we added cute little expressions! =P

We made this for those who don't have a PS3 and wanted to play as these characters as well as does who just wanted them.
We know people like the PS2 trio and Kratos were highly wanted, so we tried our best to provide them.

When my PC is fixed I'll send Dojo and Dreamscape over your way, though I think by then someone here will be able to import the actual levels from the game itself by model import. Either way great job you two ;D

Actually found out that it was backwards a while ago but cant do anything about it because my 3ds max file for raiden is messed up. The rig is literately almost done and that's one of the issues i need to fix
grayfox i sent him to nano so he can fix up the spec maps

I downloaded it and put the normal old Snake (00) in my Project M folder but everytime I choose said texture, the game freezes after selecting any stage. What could be the problem? :(
maybe filesize, i've learned P:M is a bit more picky about filesizes than regular brawl, try reducing a couple of textures to a smaller size and see if that worked.
