I tried it out in game and I'm doing the back flip, I learned you can shield/attack in mid-dodge

I've been able to get my animation cleaned up. Figured out what went wrong and everything. I'm currently on frame 40 outa the default 50 that came with the file. Am I aloud to surpass that, since I'm ½ way through the dodge?

Update: I'm 99% done. Having trouble figuring out how to get him to move in game when I use dodge.

I think I got it rather close.

well I got him to bend his legs. Took me long enough but My problem is from frame 1 to 15 (which is my leg bend) he rotates and starts to bend his legs but he doesn't bring his legs forward... will I have to manually bring them forward?

Edit:Crap!  never mind.. Stupid "No I ain't Saving" crap... back to the start -_-

Edit 2: There we go. back up to speed. he's still not bringing the knees forward..

Edit 3: I got it in game (though dodging will sometimes insta-kill him lol) and I may need to figure out now to stop him from sliding back when he crouches (or later when he lands on his hands)

interesting Update: Your Foot problem. I've found out that Brawl isn't 100% always reading the L_toe bone. I duplicated it in BrawlBox and the values are all 0. I wonder why it's doing that...

not yet. After Sunday morning (if I didn't pass out), I'll get to my attempt.

Edit: Since I've gotten "Sick" at work, I'm gonna go ahead and work on a little of the animation. I'll attempt the pivits today and maybe work on other things that needs more details monday or som'in.

Edit x2: Interesting. Since I couldn't figure out how to copy the "wait1"'s frame 1, I'm manually copying and I've learned a ton from that. I may beable to figure it out better now. ^_^

yeah.. I'll need it..  I also desided I was going to give it an honest try instead of "porting" over Zss's back flip.  Give it a more Naruto feel I guess. I'll do my best with getting it animated and I'm sure you guys can prob tweek out any problems I may come acrossed. Oh I did think of 1 thing: What about that odd Invince-frame black blink?

The first thing I'll do when I figure it out, though, will most likely be porting Zoey over Zero Suit Samus.

Dude!!! I would LOVE you forever if you did get Zoey in Brawl. She's my fave L4D char. I can't wait till you can import Source engine stuff. I'll keep my eye on this topic from now on XD

I found the escapeb and watched the bones... what's with the hipN and le? Also I think it was the ThrowN seams to get "dropped" to the floor. Prob when I know what those are doing I may get to work on bending the poor guy in ½.. erm... I ment, making him do a back hand spring.. yeah.. that's it..

Update/Edit: I haven't touched the animation yet since I'm still wondering what those 3 bones are doing. When I know why they are animating as they are I'll start my fai-- I mean, start my attempt at making the back flip.
