Lack of updates do to technical and life difficulties but hapy Thanksgiving to all just the same =)

I tested it now a bit.
Here my feedback:
This is wht I was waiting for so long. A real super Sonic.
Don't make him really weaker. His attacks are good.
Why is this slow down effect only if facing right? I don't like this. Make if D-Pad pressed right but not if facing right.
The side B needs not to get limited. Super Sonic can fly. Perhaps you make no hitboxes in air but flying.
There is one problem which you can fix easily. If you escape in air Sonic is invinsble. If he now lands while being invisible he stays invisible until he escapes again or does Up B. If this is not intended put the getting visible code in Landing(don't know the exact expression now) Run and Wait.
How did you make this slow down time stopp?
Is it possible to make it this way:
If you put the D-Pad right he does as usual.
If you put the D-Pad left he does not make them so slow. About half of what it's now. Just for fun, if you ask why I want this.
It is definitly my favourite Sonic hack becaues it's a serious and fun character in one. The time stop is the fun element but because of this being a tount it is not a "normal" attack you often use. The other attacks are quite fair and nice to play.

First of all thank you for giving me thorough feed back it is greatly appreciated! =D
Now then the issue I've recently come upon is the size of my current sonic.pac has a limit. I've figured that out through trial and error. The limit is roughly 460 kb and im at 457. It may be an issue in the pac file I started the project on since ive heard from others they have much larger PSA file sizes. not to mention sometimes the psa tool will just add size to a file randomly (I even tested it by opening and saving a file without doing anything and it would still be bigger for no reason =\)

Either way I can't add new commands so adjustments are already difficult. To be honest the taunt effects were done early on and I still have no knowledge on how the time control mechanics of PSA work (literallly put random variables in to see what worked). If someone could find me a new normal sonic pac I could try to transfer changes to it and hopefully that could solve the size issue (Wave Kusanagi says he's gotten sizes past 500 that still worked but I havent seen him around).

On a lighter note I'm glad you like the attacks and your idea for side B in the air being more of a positioning tool is great! Believe me if I have further issues i'll ask you for help i've seen your psa work and it's incredible

So now that his specials are pretty much worked out time to refine them so i need testers.

Yeah I was using my old super sonic pac with the motion. Just added the appropriate loop rests and it still freezes when I attempt to run

Kyzon, for some reason the motion pac causes freezes for my super sonic whenever I try to run. Does this mean I have to use the old one? = (

Edit: Sylvo....I've finally found the problem... -_-;

Brawl+ 5.0 RC1 freezes whenever I modify it, but the regular 5.0 one has no problems at all. I'm gonna keep editing like this and see how it goes. I'll let you know the results. :3

Edit2: Good news! I'm editing my new Hyper Sonic and have all the stars in. No crashes or anything! Things are finally looking a bit brighter. X3

Mind throwing the 5.0 pac to me wave? I can't find it anywhere at the moment.

you changing my original pac into a floating one made it work fine and I could make changes to it from there.

Dude Sylvo, your Super Sonic is giving me a damn headache. If I so much as add anything from it to another moveset, certain moves will make Sonic stuck in place. If I add or change even the smallest thing in yours, the game won't even load him up.

The sad thing? This is only from trying to add some graphics, like the stars you have going around him, or an explosion. I tried to add those and everything goes haywire. I'm starting to wonder if Hyper Sonic is ever going to be finished, or if I'll have to make him differently. >_>

Sad to say but I had the same issue when the floating .pac was released. I tried to do the long and arduous task of redoing moves animations and efx on the released floating sonic pac and it froze everytime I tried to do just about anything. Like you said even adding the stars graffic caused freezing. Thats around the time you made your multi-super sonic psa thread and I asked if you could just turn my current pac into a floating one.

You could try making Hyper Sonic with a normal Sonic pac file and changing it into a floating one after you're finished  o.o

No, it's not the file size. That I can assure you. It's smaller than that other Super Sonic moveset I had, and that one works like a charm. So it's something I changed that I shouldn't have. -.o'

Now that raises the question...what was wrong with my .pac?! This is going to keep me up for a while now 0_o

Maybe its the file size? I went crazy editing my Super Sonic right after getting the floating .pac and i think it hits its limit around 470 kb

Thanks alot and thanks for the compliment. Sure go ahead and merge them if you like. It's a compliment to say my litle project could contribute to a "Complete" Super Sonic.

I have the one Chaos and Kyzon made Made if thats fine =o. Yeah im the guy with the KC Super Sonic. I havent had much time to poke at it more but this hovering thing is a must.
