You CAN get the Homebrew Channel on 4.2 Wiis. I have it on mine. Just use the HackMii installer v0.6 via Bannerbomb v2, Smash Stack, or Indiana Pwns to install Homebrew Channel 1.0.6 (and DVDX 2.0 if you want).

Yup, this. Dash attack freezes and side smash acts weird as if it's stuck looping in the animation without ending unless you hit a button

Sometimes I really hate having PAL Brawl.
No music hacks.
No z=cos code.
And no code for Ganondorf's sword.
What in turn means that I can't use this, even so I want it badly.

-doing the downAIR attack makes Ganon freeze in midair if he doesn't touch the ground
-DownB in the Air makes Ganon move downward constantly at a VERY slow pace
