Hey guys, Final question concerning stages. Sometimes, when I replace stages in http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=13586, I get a sandbag popping up in the middle of the stage constantly. Examples are the Palmacosta custom stage and Northern Crater custom stage. I am using Gecko and modified the .rel files that came with these custom stages to properly replace one of the custom stage slots with these (I changed the numbers after "38 A5 00 00 38 80 00" to "00" on both). Now, both stages load properly, however, they load with a Sandbag spawning at the center of the stage. Is there any way to get rid of the sandbag? Is there another line of code in the .rel I must modify? Or is there another method? Feedback is greatly appreciated!

Do your items spawn fine? Or are they all Sandbags, too? Or your items spawn fine and you just want the Sandbag that's already there at the match start to not be there?

Items spawn fine--your third scenario's the one that applies I just wanna get rid of that sandbag that's there at the start of the match. I followed the Module wiki page to a tee...but it's still there for some stages :/

I just know how to fix it if all the items are Sandbags, which has happened to me before. Sorry.

According to my knowledge, they aren't... :/ http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=4380 -- this is an example of a stage that has the sandbag pop up for me. I used the Onett replacement .rel and placed it in the correct folder, as stated in the description (and of course, to comply with the Custom Stage Expansion, I changed the module number to "00"). But that damned sandbag still shows up! Another example-- http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=4279@Specter- That's ok, I appreciate you trying to help

I guess you can try adding the "Static" model... Follow this tutorial. It's all I can think of.

Hmm, this is the best option I've seen so far. I'm worried that it won't work because the stages that have the sandbag problem aren't Final Destination based, but I'll try it nonetheless.
Thanks for the tip! I'll letya know how it goes.

Turns out I don't have a Common3_en.pac .
Solution here.Just put in the "pf->system" folder with your common5.pac. If you use Gecko get rid of the "_en" part.

Erm... Those are problems with those stages...
First, follow the tutorial Guamboy posted to you, the 'How to make your STGONLINETRAINING-based stages compatible with STGFINAL'. Once done, get the 'ItmMelee002Gen' in the stage and replace it with the one in any other stage, for example Final Destination. This way, normal items will spawn, and not only sandbag.
Also, any stage only compatible with wifi room, and with sandbag problems, should be reported in my opinion so they can be converted in standard stages (standard=working at least over FD)

I was going to tell him this earlier but he said it wasn't an item spawning problem it's Sandbag already being on the stage when he got there.
