Neo is over Snake, and he can put up a pretty good fight with MAX. Although he's not extremely overpowered. Except his machine gun. That is super spammable.

It's actually not very broken. He has some powerful combos that rack up damage, and he has some high KB smashes and aerials.

I love combo characters, that's why i love Divine's Mewtwo xD. And when they have crazy effects(especially stopping time) then i love it all the more, i really do look forward to this ^.^

If you are going to make Neo stop time for a few seconds, could you tell me how? I'm making a test run with Charizard so he is as big as his lightning FAIL size(*)for his own normal size(**) and he can freeze people in time(***) until he kills someone.
Can you tell me how to do both?
It's for Reshiram. It's not going to be released to the public since I'm going to edit Dragon God Charizard so he doesn't have the annoying fire GFX on his idle and when he reaches 114 he gets Falco's/Fox's fire whatever at the start of the move, like Inferno Falco. Personal preference.
* when he grows instead of shrinks, that form is bigger than what super mushrooms give you. Heck, Gargantuan Bowser is as big a normal giga bowser and sounds like him too.
** if he gets the lightning he goes to his old size before the edit and then grows back
*** they don't move an inch in the game, like how Neo stops the bullets. I have the movie^-^
