Lol, name fail.
So have you planned out the side B and down B?
Also, do you think when Sephiroth points to make the meteor crash on the B, you could make him not so.... stiff when he's pointing?
I mean, the aerial B has fluent animation as it's performing, but the grounded one seems like it's a copied frame over again.

It is. I could add breathing motion and stuff, but he's not really supposed to be moving, he's summoning a meteor.

I'm not sure if it darkens graphics, characters, item, etc, but I'll see what happens.

Meteor... Um... Needs end lag badly, and why does he have super armor during the move? The way it is now, I think you can spam it without getting hit... If not that, at least you can't really punish him for using it, as he can attack soon afterwords.
Hell's Gate... Needs start up lag badly, plus it would be closer to how it was in Dissidia... The move has no start up lag as it is, it can also kill fast, making it very, very good for punishing those who try to approach you while you're in the air...
Down tilt seems to have a lingering hit box, it also lasts awhile.
All moves may need some start up lag, but not as much as his end lag.
I'll get more as I fight him...

couldnt u use for example final destination beckground model, make it a ittle smaller and import it on seph? not sure its possible but if it is it would be awesome...

I gave him super armor because it would look stupid if he was hit and the meteor just disappears. Okay, gave it some end lag. Shortened hitbox duration for down A.

Ah, okay, now I get that... And also, you can grab him out of it, but yeah, giving it end lag should help.
And good, down tilt otherwise seemed like a punishable move if used at a bad time, other then the hit box staying for so long.
Just make sure Sephiroth has some start up lag on some moves, like Hell's Gate.

Yep, oh, and I gave him his new Uair, Zsuit's Up smash, he hits them a multiple times with 2 damage each. And I made the Final Smash sun come closer slower, so it looks more dramatic. I love the shield breaking special collisions.
