I just tried this. It's a really nice PSA, and I think with all the graphical effects it fits in with Cloud really well, but... it really needs some nerfs. To name just a few examples... The neutral special. The move in itself is alright, since it's slow enough for its power, but I think Sephiroth should still slowly descent in the aerial version, and not just stay in the same place. The up special. I just think that is has too much reach... but that might as well be just me. And the Final Smash... I know that it is a Final Smash, and supposed to be extremely powerful, but I think you should at least have the chance to evade the attack. It's just plain unfair if it's always an instant KO unless you pull of a perfect shield.

About the specials, I suggested to Hollow, that they put you in a free fall, but he didn't really like that idea... What do you all think?
I agree about up special, but then again, it might be a limitation with the move.
Hm... The final smash is really hard to dodge, and I think it needs like... Some end lag to it, but I didn't say anything about it, because of the existence of the Land Masters, and Super Sonic, and all those other super broken final smashes... And it can be dodged with practice, but I do guess it needs some warning as to when it will hit, although, pin point when it will hit, and you can spot dodge (down while shielding) it... My main problem is, even if you can dodge it, Sephiroth can hit you right afterword.

Well, I'd prefer it. At least for the side, down and up-special... it would help balancing them.
And as overpowered as Final Smashes like Super Sonic or the Landmasters are, you can dodge them with not too much skill - unlike this one.

But you CAN dodge it. And it IS Sephiroth.

Hm... True... You do need to get good at dodging it...
And yeah, those specials need free fall, I mean, fully charge a down B, save it, knock foes off stage, jump after them, then push down B, now you engulf the whole off stage with fire... And Sephiroth can get back from doing it... Yeah, he needs free fall... All in favor of free fall say aye!But you CAN dodge it. And it IS Sephiroth.
Not a good reason, just because it's Sephiroth, doesn't mean he needs a super broken final smash... Honestly though, even though Super Sonic is more broken, the player using Super Sonic needs some skill at least... Although once that player has it, the other player is screwed. XD

And it IS Sephiroth.
So? Ganondorf is the king of evil, immortal unless you attack him with the Master Sword, can fly, and blow up entire castles without much effort. Now compare that to him in Brawl. So, this PSA does need balancing.

Very good point Cal, Ganon is more powerful then Sephiroth... Well, at least can live longer, if nothing else, he can out last Sephiroth.
But lets not derail this, this should be for feedback. (Not talking to you Cal, I'm talking to anyone who might continue this.)
...And does anyone here still have problems with Sephiroth VS VJ? The match loads, and I did have some fights, but sometimes they still freeze...
And his wall cling is infinite still...

And then there is Olimar, who spends his days on a foreign planet picking little living weeds out the ground to help him rebuild his spaceship.
He manages to somehow one of the top characters in Brawl...

Actually, I'm all done. Just a few tweaks here and there. And he can fly, too.
This doesn't quite answer the demmands for a nerf. >_>

Hollow, Sephiroth can still wall cling infinitely... And I think it makes the game freeze sometimes, that's the only thing I can think of... It froze on Robz's Dracula's Castle stage, that stage is built lie Yoshi's Island Brawl, and he was using up B, but it was used up, so he was just falling slow...
Edit: Or not...? I tried it myself... I guess the CPU does something to make it freeze with up B...
Edit2: AH HA! I did it, yes, up B when spammed after it's already been used against a wall freezes the game, to fix this, either make up B not have a way to cancel it, and make him go into free fall, or take his wall cling away...

Hm......When you can't use it anymore? CPUs can't fly, they'll just hover in one place until they fall.
