Oh and I looked at the "Noob Guide" That was of absolutely no help what so ever, If your going to make a guide no offense but you need to speak English. It was a really bad guide that made 0 Sense to someone new to this, you need to make a step by step guide in order for it to be a "Noob Guide"
EDIT: Also all my Character folders have a single .PAC file and thats it

for chars: (assumig you have the pf/fighter/char/ directories) they ahould only be PCS... there's no need for the PAC... since you've got the hacks a FitChar0#.pac... you will need brawlbox. open your pac up in Brawlbox, and save it as pcs. simple as that... as for stages... (assuming you have the pf/stages/melee/ directory) be sure they're named correctly... there's alot of people out there that like to change the stage name to confuse you... DX I still have a few stage hacks that IDK how to name... anyways... make sure that the REL file is named accordinly as well... (assuming you have the pf/module/ directory as well) that should just about cover all your issues if things still don't work right, let me know

Yeah but theres another issue, Theres only a single .pac file in basically all the fighter folders with the exception of a few,
Example: Fitsheik.pac
Thats all thats in there, no Fitsheik01.pac or anything

Yes, Brawl+ only brings the Fighter's ".pac" file, that's the file that stores the moveset, the rest are just the Texture/Vertex files and the Motion and Final Smash, not really needed, just if you want to.
I don't see what's the problem with having a single file in every Fighter problem?

FitChar.pac is the Physx and logic FitCharMotionEtc.pac is the moveset FitCharFinal.pac is the final smash FitCharDark.pcs is the SS enemy char FitChar0#.pcs is the char out of you showing noobness you need to put the FitChar0#.pcs files in there (FitChar0#.pac files can be deleted)

How do I get those FitChar0#.pcs files though? Can I just download a character texture and put it into the Fighters folder and have the texture be there when I load up Brawl?

they're the hack files... so yea... pretty much... if they don't load... they're either named wrong, or your gct don't work... but let's hope neither of those happens

The easiest is to go to the resources section of the vault. There, you can get BrawlBox, gimp and a link to a mediafire folder holding all of the files from Brawl. From there you'll want to download system/common5_en.pac.
Use Brawl Box to open the common5, look for the character portrait you want to replace, right click and extract it, then open it in gimp (or photoshop or whatever if you have it, gimp is free) and replace it with whatever portrait you want, then go back into brawlbox, right click the portrait you want to replace again and replace it with the one you just made.
Save it as common5.pac, put it in the system folder on your SD (system should be in the same folder as fighter) and it should work.
