No. If it had a moveset:
1. It'd say PSA in the Brawl Vault category
2. There would be a FitDedede.pac file

The MotionEtc only holds animations and certain props. In this case, it's used for a size mod to make K.Rool a different size from Dedede if you so prefer, and is entirely optional.

Just to be clear, Seymour plays perfectly fine. The problem is just that he looks a little funny at the moment. I'm not sure if it's because his eyes are too small or what. If somebody can tell me what to do to make his face more accurate that would be cool.
