    Ive seen it in videos so i know its possible. when you're previewing the character, how do you navigate to see what behind the character looks like? I see what you did there ...

    Use your keyboard and mouse.  Right-click to move the model.  Hold Ctrl and right-click to rotate the model.

    there's more...

    hold shift for faster movement

    if you're using a laptop: (I've had to go over these before)
    arrow = move
    Shift+arrow = move faster
    Ctrl+arrow = rotate
    + or - = zoom
    ctrl and + or - = zoom faster

    I believe that's it

    I you have a mouse wheel it makes it tons easier as well, mouse wheel up = zoom in and mouse wheel back = zoom out. you can also right click and drag to rotate
