Though...it would suck because we wouldn't get to do the epic team combos and stuff. It'd still be epic if Someone did all the best characters from MVC3 And that we had extra spaces like we do with the extra stages code.
BTW SD, with deadpool, are you gonna make his final smash like his level 3 Hyper? But on the topic of VJ, he's looking good.
I'm still waiting on a smooth animation tutorial though T-T And Giving a Character a Weapon...

In the OP, it says it's gonna be Snake's final smash, but he'll shoot percent signs instead.

Final Smash for Deadpool will actually be "Cutting Time". But that's ages away. As for the animation tutorial, dunno when it will come since it will take time to do and I actually have to think of an animation to make and demonstrate (I think I'll probably do one of Viewtiful Joe's animations like a taunt or victory pose).
In the mean time, here's a completely irrelavent video. Nothing to do with PSA or Brawlbox or Brawl modding at all. Just for entertainment ^^

Lol, pretty cool video. In my knowledge, lvl 9 cpus are stupid if they are not used to the players tactics, they base their power in prediction. Be unpredictable and you are unstoppable against a cpu. BTW, Has someone noticed how cpus become stupid or really good with certain psas?

True, very true. If I were to have actually tried to be offensive against them I probably wouldn't have faired as well. I guess not moving, evading by a ledge, taunting and dash dancing are the way to go XD
Anyways, I have a quick announcement. I'm changing Joe's Down B in the air to Air Joe. It'll work somewhat like in the games, so if you keep mashing B, he'll follow up with more attacks on the foe. Each hit will do 2-3% each so it's purely for racking damage. However here is my question:
Would you like it to be infinitely looped until you stop mashing the button or hit the ground etc, or would you like it so that you mash 6 hits, the last one ending on a drop kick with kinda low knockback but slightly more damage?
Note that the infinite one will do slightly less damage per hit and will be slightly easier to DI out of. This way it's not overly spammable, but it's still a good damaging move.
Also, I'm still trying to think of a way to put in his VFX abilities without exceeding the FitCaptainMotionEtc.pac file size limit. Luckily, I have space to spare at the moment (limit is 3.8MB and I'm on 3.57MB, but if I clear the Blue Falcon and its animations I could reduce it to around 3.45MB). What do you guys think?

I think I've got ideas for what to do as far as VFX Powers now. Final Smash will be the Mach Speed Rush. After all the punches and the uppercut Joe will leap into the air and strike one of his Viewtiful Forever poses (like how he ends his lvl 3 Hyper in TvC), causing the opponent to fly of due to overexposure to pure VIEWTIFUL.
My other idea would be Slow for the ground Down N (meaning Shocking Pink would be the ground Neutral B).
Basically, Joe does a dance which acts as a counter, however there are a few exceptions to this move:
- The counter initiates fairly later (2 or 3 frames after Ike's would) - The counter doesn't last long and has punishable endlag - The counter deals no damage. Instead, Joe dodges behind the foe and makes them slow for a few seconds.
Now the only challenges will be making a counter (which may actually be possible now thanks to If:14) and making it so that Time Manipulation only affects one enemy.

ya actually its really weird how some of them act when you put a PSA on them. I fought a lvl 9 Zero PSA and its amazing how the CPUs can actually utilize what you give them to actually fight. Its strange how they are able to process a foreign program and use it to their advantage. But like you said some of them are really retarded when you give them a PSA
