OPed? It's painfully difficult to time. And no, he's not doing an attack from Spider Sense. The whole point of the move is that he sense danger and evades it. That's how it's always worked.
I believe they mean once it's successful. Cause to be able to slow down time is pretty OP.
Why not just an actual evasion animation, if they're close-by, he does a flip jump upwards and character's can persuit him though the air. Which you can follow up with a D-air.
In the air, the jump won't be as high (for obvious reasons.) But still works to evade moves.
Also, is it possible to have him use web sling and hit a character and make it like a sort of grab? Or will it just deal damage if it does? (I haven't actually tested this because i have to put rivo back on my wii. And I'm a bit busy to do it right now.)
