I don't think its necessary to change the kick bomb to side B. Although I too don't really find much use for it though. you can easily preform his dash attack and up smash at the end of the boost (somewhat like a DACUS, except w/o the DA) But other than that I don't see much of a purpose. Like, what is the advantage of being able to run cancel?

The thing that pisses me off about Project: M the most is that Sheik's chain doesn't tether ledges anymore. WHY THE NERF? :/ If only hacking Brawl paid bills.

Unknown - it's rather ambiguous to me now other than that he plays better in a codeset with
more hitstun and/or no AD out of Tumble.
He's fun though.

Tiers apply to hacked characters? lol, why not? it would be a pain in the ass to give all the "balanced" characters a tier position, but it should be possible... although i believe tiers depend on winners in tourneys... |

I mean... When I say Tier... lets look at the current Tier list...
How good a character is when used tourney wise...
We've got MK, Snake, Diddy, Falco Wario?
Those are the top of the top right?
How well do you think Bomber Man would fair against one of them in a fight with good players behind the sticks?
I ask because personally, I put him on D-Tier. Not saying its a bad hack, but that while I was playing with it, the aggression level for him isn't very high.
I rate Spider-Man as a Mid B to low A tier. Cloud I give a C, V.Joe, a C-B tier, Zero D tier, Kid Buu A tier, and Scott a B tier... just to name a few of the psa's I have.
I'm not saying any of them are bad, just my personal opinion on how they might get placed in a Tier list. I based my opinion on the play styles of the characters currently on the tier list and compared them mentally.

I give it a C because its a bit slow IMO. Like, his moves don't exactly end quick enough for him to juggle well. Still a great PSA though.
