You've used the Ultimate ShadowMarth PSA right? Well this PSA will be a Pikachu version of that, with some exclusives of course. Maybe, if possible, ShadowMarth can add a blade to USP. Dunno for sure. But it will match up to speed with MAX but still be balanced. It'll be a speed, power, and combo-crazy PSA. |
