so thats why at a first glance it didnt seem anything out of the ordinary lol wierd only the eye moved maybe you could rigg a new bone for eyes only?

That wouldn't really help, I don't think. Plus, the cap only has three bones: TopN, CapM, and WingM.

Top doesn't get rigged, Cap is for the whole thing, and Wing is for... the wings.

They shouldn't be moving at all though.

dont think an extrabone would make much diference the only thing is that it wouldnt be  animated if charizard hat is ever animated at all but there must be a reason why the eyes pollygon detach from the skull i bet you will figureit out eventually :P

you can easily replace the hat just need to export it on diddy reall hat

easy open roy hat
export model0 and texture0 brres if it has a model 10(shader for kirny hat) export it too
open fitkirnydiddy00.pac replace diddy model 0 and texture from his hat then if you have a model 10 replace it also if no then go to diddy model 10 and just renameit to whatherver name the mdl0 has but change it to marth since roy porbably called marthhat or something

The name of the .mdl0 doesn't matter.

well atleast now the taill and eyes stay at the right place lol really dont know anything about rigging or else i would help you  hope you can manage to fix that wierd movement of the model

So even though I got all that fixed, the Ridley hat will be put on hold due to filesize issues. I tried shrinking down the textures (a LOT, I might add) as well as deleting the tail, but I can't seem to find an effective way to shrink it down.


Soooo yeah.

There are a couple other Kirby hats on the horizon, though, including a Rosalina one (which comes with it's own Luma) and another one which probably nobody saw coming.
