    They don't go in common3.pac, they go in SD:\private\wii\app\RSBE\pf\Item\PokemonName\pokemon.pac
    For PkmUsohachiBress.pac it would be
    SD:\private\wii\app\RSBE\pf\Item\Usohachi\PkmUsohachiBress.pac
