It's their Vault. Let them do what they want with it, as long as they don't violate the rules.
Besides, there are a ton of those kinds of hacks in Pit's vault.

This isn't a glitch with the model.  Quite a few models/vertexes share this problem (another example is Kyogre).  It's a problem due to model changer in PSA.

Personally I think you should tell him that he should've just uploaded his Fire Waluigi hack instead of including It in a pack.

I agree with PAVGN.  The guy only made the Fire Waluigi hack, so I don't see why he can't just upload the one he made.  A nice PM should suffice.

They're there, that's what matters. No one would read them either way, proof of this is that you didn't even know they existed.
