I second this. He uploaded a bunch of .rel ports without the permission of the original creators. I'd post links, but white-knighting isn't allowed. >.>

While the picture does work (click on the x), shouldn't this be under Other, since it is simply an animation, not a PSA?

Is the PSA included with the recolors? That would be something delete-worthy. We shouldn't target recolors.

You wanna know something quite hilarious?  He didn't credit me in his big ass list of credits despite the fact that I've obviously contributed to the hacks in this "pack" (infact, moreso than a number of people that were credited).

Anyways, remove this since it's another pack that's just a waste of space.

Yes, he rigged it, so it doesn't matters whether it's a recolor or not, if the creator of the hack doesn't wants it there, we delete it.
