Especially troublesome when the model already made is crap and the newer one would be completely perfect (for example)
And adding to this, even the thought of "testing the rigs" to see if they should be or not be allowed to be re-rigged by someone else would be a damn headache. lol

I can agree on that. Would take forever for you guys to download the hack, install it, start your Wii, plug in your SD card and then start Brawl through Riivolution (or whatever you use). I wouldn't want to do that when many hacks get uploaded and I don't think you guys would either. Though that's just my opinion.

Hell, you can always test the rig in BrawlBox and check for similarities.

you don't need to reset everytime, you just go back to the title screen... just be sure not to have any brstm on the menu music, or you'll freak the hell out... xD
actually, i think you only need to get out of the css to have the game reload the character files, so i guess it starts loading stages at the sss
edit, i totally messed threads up :S

I think Shock44 tried something similiar to that (with Riivolution) and it broke his SD card.

You don't even need to leave the CSS. The game loads the character files the moment you pick a character and it only stores the data for the one you have currently selected. So all you have to do after swapping out the SD card is pick a different character and then pick the character you're testing again.

This, pretty much. It does the same for Result Screen Portraits/BPs. Things loaded from the common5, though, would need the game to be rebooted to be reloaded.

- Make sure you have working preview pictures when submitting your creation. In-game pictures are not strictly necessary, but make sure your previews clearly show the majority of your changes.
