Yes. <= (extremely vague response to your freezing question) The freeze on custom stage expansions and replaced stages plus the result screen. You and anyone else will be credited on just taking the time in being additional bug testers and the sort. What stops me when making the sfx most of the time is when you see all of the empty slots that have that frequency of "32000" with nothing in them. I always thought that those where important spots that should never be touch because those would screw up the sound bank and the file. But if it is the cause then I will have to find another way but I don't think its the sound bank.

Hm...I'm willing to bet that it's something with either .rel (in PM Roy's case) or the port codes that are causing the problem. After a quick try on my own, I was greeted to the "beep of doom" when selecting Diddy. Leading to me believe I did something wrong with my custom .rel.
Does PM Roy over Jigglypuff do the same thing?

oooooooohhhhhh. Port codes, that maybe one of the causes since all I did was plop the files on the card and started the game.

Aha! Then that would be your culprit. Your SFX work just fine. Characters ports (save Marth over ROB, I think) require some codes to get 'em working properly and most of 'em require a ported .rel. PM 2.5b is even trickier, because you have to make new .rels of the PM characters for 'em to work right. Otherwise, there's nothing wrong with your files. Continue on!

Well then if that's the case, then Roy is almost complete. His counter strike voice clips was one of the fixes that was needed and now I still need to remove the barrel from his body somehow. So I still need to find some help for this in the PSA help thread once I make the relative topic.

Sweet! I'll put this in a zip file for teh download later, for right now they can come here to get it. I'll rip out another SASRT vehicle then I need to either move straight to PM Roy over Jiggs or try to finish implementing the Crono voice to Ike. Probably the Crono project since that was planed way before the requests in the OP.

Glad to hear you got Diddy working great! Let me know if you run into any other problems. I'm game to help out any way I can.
EDIT: This is a random question, but is it possible to change the sfx ID's for the crowd cheers and death sfx? I've been unable to find them when I tried (in PSA that is)
