Gohan is a disappointment. He was all set up to be the best fighter ever, then he beat up Cell. After that, he was garbage. I mean, he had to get to his teens before going SSJ. Goten did it when he was like, 6.

thats becuase after beating cell goku wanst there to train gohan at all and kika didnt let him practice only study when goku was away and dont know if you guys ever noticed she didnt send goten to study at all atleast not that i have seen while gohan was always studying but even vegeta and goku said if gohan was as strong as he was in the cell saga he could have beated buu but he didnt fight in a very long time. Teen gohan is my favorite dragon ball character SSJ2 xD then its gotenks that whole episode fighting cell with kameha was epic lol father son kameha is an epic attack even in games they make goku appear to do it xD

And Goku and Vegeta didn't do it until they were, like, mid 20s.   What's your point XD?

Although, as far as movesets go, only Kid Gohan, Mystic Gohan (not Ultimate, Mystic i.e. the one with the sword) and Great Saiyaman would be worthwhile as far as Gohan goes since they're the only ones with moves that are at all interesting.  The only interesting move Teen Gohan has is the Father-Son Kamehameha.

This actually leads onto DBZ movesets in general.  They tend to follow too close of a trend.  Most characters have a beam attack, and that beam will almost always do the same thing (because big obnoxious beams are difficult to balance out).  They have some kind of Ki blast/energy ball attack and they have some kind of rush attack.  On occasion, you'll get one with an explosive wave but you really have to think outside the box to make the moves more interesting.  

Saiyans and humans (Saiyans especially) have really dull movesets.  Most of them have stock moves (though some of them have some interesting moves like Tien) for the exception of a small minority.  Villains tend to do quite well as far as interesting moves that define their character go.  Strangely enough, it's the quirky characters that have the best movesets for Smash rather than the main ones.

I think Ultimate Gohan was stronger and he didn't even beat Buu.

Gohan was more badass as a teenager. He is stronger than goku, and goku admitted it. But only when he gets raged is when his powers shows, thus opening SSJ2!! :sparta:

he was beating buu until boo tricked gotenks to transform and absorbed picolo and gotenks if you dont recall xD but i  think teen gohan ssj2 was stonger we didnt get to much screen time watching ultimate gohan at all  he did like one fight right? atleast teen gohan got much more screen time and even a movie xD

he would lose power he said it himself he didnt need to transform becuase all his power was acumulated in the normal form or something and he didnt need to lose energy being in SSJ mode if i remenber correctly

anyway  SSJ3 Gotenks is the 2nd. strongest one in DBZ  (or 3. if Kid buu is stronger then Gotenks) (vegito is the strongest) (yes he is stronger then SSj3 goku goku even self said it) imagine if Gotenks was less funny and was more thinking about to kill buu :D Gotenks will pwn buu even more then Gohan did

and Gotenks i think is also stronger then Gohan but Gohan is the strongest not fused one (until they fight against Hildegarn they Gotenks get knocked out from Fuse by one hit and gohan too one hit and Goku can take alot more and he is the weakest of these three)

idk i think ultimate gohan is stronger buu was not afraid of gotenks at all and gotenks didnt dominate him completely but when gohan can he was beating buu with minimal effort he even had to escape to devise a plan in order to increase his power to beat gohan

yes you re right ultimate gohan mas stronger than SSJ3 gotenks and buu was just toying with gotenks  he didnt even do much to him of course if we ever saw an adult SSJ3 gotenks maybe they would be much stronger since they were little kids :P

thats what pissed me off about gt your dad is getting beat up by omega sheneron and you wanna go and attack him as a regular super sayian when you have a better option(fusion) to buy him more time to recover.

back to on-topic:

Vegeta is getting closer to be done but i think i will inc. afew "A" attacks
i know it is AniMaInE´s work but i got afew ideas now like Goku´s F-air as Vegeta´s too (since they do much hammerfist downwards in DBZ)

my main problem on vegeta is his Side-B with his blaster shoots spawn on wrong place

suggestion couldn't you use diddy kong's dair instead as the hammer fist it works just as well and it looks different which would make that attack look more fresh on vegeta. idk its just a thought
