You can use normal transparency so you no longer have to worry about Magenta lines

I see why this is unpopular though, you can't edit any of the files this thin opens up.
And if you try to delete them, the game will obviously freeze. Plus, you can't change an indexed texture into a normal texture.

I have removed a pallet before I have also changed texture size and increased pallet size Smashbox should include that, id be willing to tell them how to do it.

Yes you can. Just right click and click on EXPORT. Then, mess around with the image, and the right click and click REPLACE. Duh.

It STILL doesn't edit Lucario's alpha map. But it's FAR faster than ASH, CUPASH, or any of those older methods.

Sometimes you need to alternate between SmashBox and ASH. While ASH can handle most normal textures, indexed textures with mipmap issues are for SmashBox to handle.
