well the dowmn-b is gunna be a healing. if ppl think its OP i might make the hamemr thow down b
As a character I dislike Amy but this psa doesnt sound bad. Something to note however,
be sure the psa follows traditional brawl setup.
B is often used for projectiles or pursuit attacks as well as chargeable attacks and in Peach's case, a counter.
Down B is often used to counter, pull out items, reflect, etc, never does much damage
everything else seems fitting.
