I'm looking to improve my Toon Zelda over Lucas hack with some animation swapping from different characters, however the animations are obviously way too large for the character.  Example: I did a move-switch on Lucas with an attack from Zelda and the animation stretched to the bones of Zelda and not Lucas.

So my question is what's the best way to size down the animation to Lucas?  There's probably something simple I'm overlooking, however I'm a little lost haha.

Copy Frame 0, paste it onto frame 1, copy frame 2 and paste it to frame 1.

Alright I'm assuming I should be using Brawlbox correct?

What I've done is export an animation from Zelda and have replaced the animation on Lucas, however when I do what you've recommended nothing happens.  Even though the model is enlarged, the x, y, z scale data all says 1 just like all the other frames...

Its the bone translations that make it look horrid. Are you trying to port a Zelda custom animation or one of her original animations? Also yea, I mean Brawlbox.
