PSA Tourney Character Voting 1: Mario

Greetings everyone. For those of you that didn't see my post on the PSA Discussion Board, I'm organizing a PSA tourney with mostly balanced PSAs used. I have support from a few well-known members.

Today I'm gonna list the balanced PSAs of Mario. Vote for the one you would like to be used in the tourney.

Mario PSAs:
Pheonix Mario V1 (Balanced Version)
Dr. Mario
Rainbow Mario
SMBZ Mario


I'll keep this topic up for a day or 2 before moving on to the next character.

If I missed a PSA for Mario that is pretty balanced, please let me know so i can edit it in.

Keep in mind that the PSA doesn't have to be weak to be balanced, as long as it isn't TOO powerful.

Once the voting is in, i'll be sure to get the PSA creator's permission to use it.

Not very.  He's very fun though, and has a cool combo based system.  Just not that balanced.  And Shell Mario is just a costume for SMBZ Mario.

He's like the only Mario PSA I didn't test out unfortunatly.

Cape Mario works for me. The FS works fine.

yeah, It's me I created Rainbow, Rock, Shell,Mini, Hammer Mario power-ups PSA.....
all is separate PSAs...

I didn't actually have a problem with the FS freezing when I used it strangely.  And besides, surely if we want to have a nice proper tourney, we wouldn't even use Final Smashes?  Barring that it's a great PSA.  Heck half your SMBZ Mario was based upon that.
