Wow, I hope I do get surprises, and 3 different move sets in one character, that's HUGE. Edit: Know what would be epic? A ghost rider PSA. Lol. Edit: This PSA is awsome, not overpowered at all, balanced and fair just like you said.

I'm sure you've mentioned before that it may be uncomfortable to use, and i kind of agree. I do want to use this character, but it just feels a bit odd right now. This character has great moves, such as the Air Element (Neutral B). This character probably has the most moves out of any other PSA's out there (that i've seen). You definately did a great job, but at this moment, I cant help but make myself continue using Shadow Marth. It's really unfortunate that I cant use both, because i'd really want to =/ There are some moves that feel a bit... (I dont know a better word to describe this in..) "tiny." or "small." At the moment, the movesets just feels uncomfotable to use (just my own opinion though). Some attacks mostly feels like it does nothing either. But I am looking forward to future updates. I'll definately try those out for sure! =]
Great job on the PSA~

I tested him out, and I got to say, I didn't really like it all that much. There's a lot of potential, though. You just really need to fix some things.
I found every move for wind to be either useless or broken. Overall though, it's omega broken, even with having less killing power than anything I've ever seen. It's literally impossible to get hit because the moves have such crazy range and almost zero lag. Not only that, I did a 16 hit fair combo with him in training mode. IN VBRAWL. I don't know how you managed to make a move with that much combo ability, but it needs to get fixed. Bair is just as bad, if not worse when you wall of pain it. 3 bairs in one sh, with range like that? Even if it is only 5 damage, it's crazy, after taking into account it has just as much combo ability as fair. Also, none of your aerials have landing lag. You might have done that by accident, if so, the way to fix that is by setting RA-Bit[30]. If you land and that bit is set, you get landing lag. Uair, dair, and nair all seemed unusable, especially with fair and bair as alternatives. As for the ground moves, the jab was too good, the tilts were pretty much useless, and the smashes had way too many IASA frames. As for the specials, neutral B and side B were crazy, and not in a good way. Down B was alright, but if you're not playing 1v1, it just invites someone else to attack you if you hit someone. Up b was okay, but a bit hard to control. If I got used to it, it might be good, but I'd just as soon want it to respond to the control stick instead.
As a final note, it seems like the GFX were a bit weird looking, you might want to put something in the random offsets and rotations for the graphic effects.
I'll get to the lightning and fire later.

I noticed that whenever you use B in midair and you land before it's complete, the graphical effects for... Rexcaliber, was it? Well, the big tornado thingamajig. And he's not very balanced; I had a few test runs with him against a friend and he kinda pwned a little too hard.

To UMPO:
Please excuse the air attacks. They were made really fast. I only want the ground moveset complete. I know they are nearly useless. I don't like neutral B and side B how they are, too. I definitly will change them. I know the problem with down B but I won't change it. It's one of my fafourite attacks of him. You don't have to use it if you don't play 1Vs.1. He has enough other attacks. Last argument to defend me: Wind should not have any killing power. For that you have the other two movesets. Why do you think have I made the changing so fast? He has no three movesets. He has one big. (I know it's the hardest thing to learn that you must switch attacks. Thank you for analysing Soren and giving a honest answer.
To all others: Some of you say he is not balanced. Is he to strong or to weak?
To FiaskoNinja: I know it and will change that.
Now I'm finally going to start making tests myselfe. Don't forget: This is a very early version. I only wanted to give you the download for the ground character. If you work together with me and go on giving me hints where mistakes are, this will be a great character.
THANK YOU FOR EVERY REPLAY.

I realized that, and it's actually a very good idea. The problem I have is you don't have a reason to switch out of wind. Even though you're killing at well over 200% with his low-knockback moves, he never gets hit because some of his attacks leave no opening and have huge, disjointed hitboxes.

Name me the attacks.
I´ve tested him now a bit. My impression is: He can make verry fast damage but even with fire he hsa no good knockback move. They are all very slow. My oppinion is that he´s a bit weak if he has more than one opponent. I don´t see Wind as strong as you do. The airf and aird can do about 16 damage. You can push one out of the stage but don´t do utopical damage. Rexcalibour(tornado) is nearly useless. If it doesn´t mind please comment the other attacks like you did it with Wind.

I loved him. Can i call him sasuke? cuz most of his lightning moves and fire moves looks like something that sasuke would pull off. Even with the wind, if you do his running side A it looks like hes doing chidori. Most if not all of his lighting based attacks looks alot like some sorta chidori type move.
His wind up B takes some time getting use too. I found some glitches though. When you do his wind regular wind move on any stage that has a hill instead of the wind tunnel goin up it goes to the side. Its pretty cool, cuz it adds on to the range of the move. Its almost unstoppable when done on a hill, cuz they cant get close, if they touch the wind GFX they get hurt and if they try to jump over they get hurt. Its a perfect move to do when your fighting more than one person.
I love his side B fire type move. His regular B move is done way to fast, dont get me wrong I love it but i wanna atleast give the person sometime to try and fight back. And it kills way to fast, if the cpu health is at zero and I catch them with that move its an instant death (even though you did put that). Other than that i gotta say hes OKAY. He's fairy balanced. He now also kinda reminds me of regular ike. He has alot of weak moves that do little damage. But then there also is his strong side that will kill you.

First: You may call him as you want but not if you talk with me about him. Soren is my most liked character ever(Not only in Brawl. Of all video games.). If you see sasuke in him take a sasuke texture and play him that way. I want you to have fun. If you like sasuke more than Soren(it is impossible for me) play sasuke.
To the B glitch: I know that before. Why not leave this way? Try it on the SSBM Yoshi level. This looks fun.
With the balancing I agree in evry aspect with you. He is not overpowered.

Would you mind adding a way to switch movesets in the air then?
