Does anyone know if this PSA is still being worked on?

Well I've been playing around with Rikami's Saki PSA and model port over toon link
(which you can get here http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?ByUserID=2065&Moderated)
And I was wondering if anyone knew if this was still in production...
as all that's left to do is Specials, and balancing, as well as some more bug fixes...
I really would like to know if it's still in the works though...
