Double patching doesn't work for me, I'm sure I'm doing it right, but the vertex just keeps getting more and more messed up. I always end up patching usually up to ten times or so but never to any avail.
Why does this happen?? I'm POSITIVE somebody else has had this problem. Can somebody please help me?

I had this once, but was unable to fix it.
I believe it has something to do with using a pre-vertexed character as a base.

So you're using Mariolart64n's method. How are you patching it? With the patch button or morphing way.

I know that has nothing to do with morphing I'm just tring to get a picture of what's going on. All I can think of is the vertex points aren't exporting well out of brawlbox. Do you leave brawlbox open when you edit? Because that will cause glitches I found.

Whoops, I thought I was replying in another topic. But yeah, it was unchecked.
Yeah I do leave Brawlbox open, that causes glitches? Most videos I've seen of the professional hackers have it left open.. I think. Are you sure about that? How do you know?

When I vertex hack if I leave brawl box open it wouldn't save right. But that's just me. You might be different. I'm no expert though. Try saving the scene is 3ds max then reopen it. Could work dunno.
