since jiggy needs a alittle better PSA then that wisp one and gotenks is only possible over lucas/maybe ness

@The rest: As for ports, you know I want to avoid every possible glitch that might exist. Shadow stayed because we managed to fix the jump glitch thanks to Eternal Yoshi. If the port is flawless, then maybe.
