Personally, I use MNSG's Excel Texture Organizer. It's very nice and clean.

I just keep a text file in each folder that lists what textures + etc. that I have.

LOL How about making a folder like Homebrew/TextureHacks/Protagnists/CharacterName/TextureName and drop the texture in that folder. Lmao it's that easy to keep clean  |

I sort my textures by character name and by texture name. Also, it helps when you use Microsoft Excel and make a table to keep track of your textures.

According to different capitalizations in the file name, i.e. FitZelda01, FITZelda02, FitZELDA03, etc, I just memorize which is which.

My friend made gave me an excel document for both music and textures. I refer to it whenever I want to switch something. For textures, I mostly refer to it for characters who don't have definite pallete swaps(Ice Climbers).
