Looks like this issue brought some solutions...

I wasn't even running out of space, either. But this is only good news filesize-wise.

I won't touch the FThrow and heavy item stuff until the PSA is finished and backed up.

I might be late on this, but I have an idea on how to fix the Action Override issue.

Make the Action Override(s) affect Actions that Donkey Kong doesn't use, like Crawling or Tethering.

You're of course going to need to fix up the Heavy Item and Forward Throw Sub Actions.

How so? If the character doesn't use the Action, then it should be fine. Which is why I suggested Crawling or Tethering in the first place.

I did it when I was having an issue with my Raptor PSA crashing due to a corrupted Action Override and it worked to perfection.

or you can just use hxd and get the same results also by changing the action you get the same problem when you pick up heavy items so

BrawlBox saves just fine if you only have one PSA instance open.

The dreaded error happens when you have two PSAs open in BB then copy + paste a command and save without closing everything except the edited PSA out.

Though if you want to hex it, convert the Command List Offset into hex, find the said offset in a Hex Editor with your PSA opened in it, then find the Hex ID of your Action and change it.
