3DS is region-locked, but the regular DS isn't.

Congrats to ReRush for winning the contest!  Though, I'm kinda confused as to how he did it, as he didn't post in this thread at all...

Oh well.  Hope all of the money raised helps out.

Oh ho! An excellent point. I do believe this makes ReRush inneligable to be the winner. We'll have to award the winner to another random donator! Please allow a few minutes while we randomly select another winner!
