Motives for Replay Desynching

Anyone knows why'd replay desynchs when the match are played with PSAs?

The reason is because when replays are played, they follow the previous button sequences that were pressed during the time set. Replays follow the originally loaded PSA, whether it be vbrawl's, brawlminus's, or the common PSAs. Stages also affect the way it replays too. If the stage's placement or collisions are somehow any different from original, it will do things that are funky. Adding rain effects can also desynch.

I knew that. But, in this case, I saved the replay and went to see it without changing anything. I saved about 6 matches, and all of 'em are desynched.
