*IF THIS IS PROHIBITED AND NOT TO BE POSTED IN THIS FORUMS DELETE THREAD AND GIVE ME A WARNING*

I'm stressed Sad a friend gave me their wii so I could install HBC so he can enjoy more of their wii and... I followed everything in this video except for one thing Sad...

    <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kewE96phgEU" target="_blank" class="aeva_link bbc_link new_win">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kewE96phgEU</a>

    Quote
    Install Priiloader (Brick Protection)
1.0. Start your Wii and then HBC.
1.1. Locate the "Priiloader 0.7 installer" and start (point to it and press the A button and then select "Load").
1.2. To run the installation by MMM MMM, start, select "Load another IOS" and there select IOS58. Then go to App Manager where you choose Priiloader.
1.3. At the first screen (black background and there is lot of text ... Priiloader 0.7 and IOS58 is loaded), press + or A button to install.
    2. The installation starts to install and move things. Keep in view of errors and warnings.
    3. After successful installation, you are back in the HBC.
    4. Hold Reset - Priiloader will load
    5. Select System Menu Hacks - Press A
    6. Enable Block Disk Updates, Block Online Updates and others if you want
    7. Be sure to save
If MMM loads at boot, Select Manage Priiloader, Edit Priiloader Hacks, enable needed hacks
If you don't know what the hack does - you do NOT need it
Your wii should now block Disk Udates and Online Updates

Installation got "Installed correctly" or something if I stand correct Sad...

I was booted to HBC screen and then I did this --> "4. Hold Reset - Priiloader will load"

And... I got a black screen brick thx to skip the ios58 thing Sad... plz someone help I'm supposed to return the wii today in 2 hours T_T...

if I cannot make it work before that Sad... I'll have to give them my own wii T_T T_T T_T

it's Newest wii 4.3u, bootmii doesn't boot on start up, I did installed it as Boot2 with letter bomb... but bootmii doesn't boot on newest wii's like in older versions of wii

only Priiloader can enable to load bootmii on start up and I could go to priiloader as the wii bricked before I could continue the steps.

This has been my 10th to 13th wii I have soft mod and the first time I brick Sad... not my wii someone else wii and... if I cannot fix it as stated in the OP, I'm going to give them my wii in exchange to theirs Sad

    Edit:

I do believe I installed boot2, but cannot load bootmii out of it and I got the NAND backup rdy but can't seem to use it Sad

    hmmmmmmmmmm

if in some way you could acces bootmii, all you would have to do is restore the nand

do you have the bootmi files on your SD?

just try to acces it as if it was an older wii

I don't have the bootmii file on the sd card anymore as of the stress of it not working and blackscreen hurting me :O, I formatted the SD card and tried to fix it with diff method but none worked.

I tried looking for bootmii files on the internet but none seem to help, idk if the wii doesn't want to boot em cause their wrong or if the wii is to new and cannot load bootmii as I got a messege saying, that bootmii can only be installed as an IOS boot2 or something like it

    EDIT:

if only I could load bootmii or HBC, I could fix this, but atm, nothing is going to work Sad

at this moment, anything that can bring me hope can help, I'm frustrated :O, I already clear some block out of my wii, and deleted some channels and stuff so that when I give it to them in exchange they like the wii Sad

I'm pretty sad that I won't be able to have fun with smash stuff from brawlvault anymore with a wii Sad

    thats how i load bootmi

well, I don't have the bootmii file to check if I can autoboot it Sad

and my wii without an SD card autoboots Homebrew channel cause thats how I set it up.

The Bricked wii doesn't boot system menu, it stays at Black Screen and I cannot bypass that Sad

I made my wii a second ago not autoboot HBC and instead boot normally the system menu

I tried looking at bootmii files but with difficulties, I haven't got em as, even my fully working wii isn't loading Bootmii nor HBC with the wrong bootmii files and it's just... Black screen also :O

I remove the sd card on my main wii and turn it on and it works correctly.

The bricked wii don't work with or without an sd card Sad

so if u can find me the bootmii files I'll be greatful Smiley

You could buy a Wii with a broken disc drive, and put the disc drive from the bricked Wii into that. Then you'll have a working Wii.
