they seem bigger cause I made them more like the suggested shape...and pushed the stomach back just a little bit, same for the top chest. The torso itself is also a little thinner, more feminine.

Well, they should still be somewhat smaller. Zelda is (for the lack of a better word) flat in comparison to your stereotypical anatomical female model. Just use the transform tool in 3ds max and shrink it backwards in the same dimension Zelda's facing.

Question: is Zelda's hair rigged over Links' hat?

Yeah, I could easily make three versions, one the size it is now, one the smaller size, and one that's bigger.

And yes, the hair going to be rigged over links hat, though I had to move the bones a little.

Also, where the faqu is links head bone? O_o;
I can't find it anywhere T-T

By the way, Legs and skirt are done rigging, they're okay for now I guess.
