BUT since MML 3 was cancelled, then nobody knows if there was any connection at all between Barrett and Megaman! For all we know, Barrett could just be a side character that was featured before release! Like how everyone thought Dark Lord Gaol and Magnus were going to be major characters but ended up only being in the game for 2 chapters!

Trust me, only the NPC town folk dont play a role in the plot. And I like how we put Areo over the same person. Only difference is your arms are rigged right now X/. I shall do her over sheik then. Just cause I want to import her :af:

The face reminds me of a dog. Ratchet looks more like a feline. I dunno how I'd do it though, I've never modeled faces.
Make the irises more cartoony too, and probably smaller. We shouldn't see the lines in the green (compare it to Mario's eyes in Brawl)
