    lol I said I was gonna wait for Brawl Box + PSA and I meant it XD and no more hex numbers, yeay. And now I know how to use modded files with dolphin, so no going back and fourth on my wii to test stuff Cheesy

    But really I want you to be the -first- to see it, cause well, it wouldn't be done without your help.

    Glad you are ._. that's actually a surprise XD

    The only thing I request, is something I thought you said you were gonna do before the project went dead before.(or at least I think we were?) Could you pretty please animate link's sword bones so that they follow the punches with his left hand, actually just so it follows his left hand in general for any punching moves? I ask this because the sword glow could be put to good use for a certain graphic effect I'm after. Just have the back end of the sword glow bone (the second one that you'd put in the psa event) follow the left hand N and the part that marks the start of the trail (the first bone you'd put in the psa event) follow the left have bone.

    Need some assistance with Wolverine.

    The issue is that for SOME reason, eventually the PSA just decides to stop working for me.

    Thats the main problem. There are several other issues that happen that are fixable, but I'm more concerned with this problem that keeps popping up where the PSA decides to just STOP working.

    If anyone wants to offer their assistance, I'd be very grateful.

    I'm at the point where I'm going to have to start the whole PSA over and use SmashAttacks to PSA it... Which is a last resort.

    Thats the main problem. There are several other issues that happen that are fixable, but I'm more concerned with this problem that keeps popping up where the PSA decides to just STOP working.

    A similar issue happened to me once. It turned out that my Wii wasn't always reading my SD card. Other times I forgot that I had taken it out in the middle of testing without putting it back in lol.

    Buuut, if you're stuck, then it sounds like you're issue is something more. I wonder if it has something to do with an error in the PSA that instead of freezing the game, it defaults to not being able to load the PSA. Does the PSA stop working instantly or after a death? It might be helpful to try and pinpoint what's triggering it to locate the problem.  I havn't heard of that happening before so it probably is involved with areas of PSA that can't be edited in older versions.

    Hopefully you save drafts of the PSA as you work so you can start from the latest draft that doesn't have the issue?

    Also, I'm not sure what your fixable problems are, but if they are related then the main issue could go away when you take care of them.

    I've tried earlier versions of the PSA and it works fine.

    The fixable issues are things like a certain bit being set that doesn't need to be set anymore. I had set up the berserker moveset change to happen but the bit (105) was automatically active when the match started... so I took it out of the coding allong with psaing the ground FS. Also I had to make the down air a attack work. During the process of one of these things, the PSA stops working.

    But I've almost finished re-doing the PSA in SmashAttacks completely so after I test it that way I'll see if it was BrawlBox or not.

    I've had soft freezing on Charizard that was related to bit variables being turned on and off. It could be that the bit variable is used in the file for something that does not show up in the visible code, so you could try another variable. But, When I ran into the problem, I did what you are doing, just rocoded from scratch. I ended up with a bit more free space than before, and just nixed those variables and the soft freeze never happened again. So hopefully all your work redoing it pays off as well Wink

    It wasn't that bad when it came to the normals... but the FS Combo is a giant pain in the ass. really... And SmashAttacks actually doesn't have the rehit and special flags defined so.... I am just gonna assume what I have is correct. When I'm done, I'll check it in the newer brawl box and not save it...

    And yeah, I should have a LOT more space then I had. Cause the previous version was actually gonna have a OHC (On hit cancel system)  and a moveset augmentation when he went over 100%hp but I'm scrapping that stuff now... Just gonna revamp the attacks, the FS and make it more complete.

    Just compare the old one and current one's file sizes. As for BrawlBox PSA'ing, I'd always blame it whenever an issue like this pops up when saving with it. Im srs here
