like starwaffle said it would be very hard to make the flame folow the head since the last taill bone index is what matters unless recomend ho oh first since atleast  he doesnt have fire :P  for moltres you would need to make an animated texture in the head like the infernape someone was doing on fox  or something

the file is not mine its on the pal data recouce on the vault :P since pal animations and models are the same as ntsc only  fitchar.pac ,rels and  that are diferent  well things that have advance coding xD

It would be Flaafy using waterfall... and water gun... and withdraw... man Flaffy turning into a ball of fluff and spinning around on stage would be amazing.

Really wants to do a Sonic import... what character is i need of one? Also, I give up on Rouge. Anyone who wants to finish her, I have the files and I'll send them to you, just collab me and Nano. I rigged her when I knew little to nothing about rigging, and don't feel like re-rigging her.Amy on Peach... umm don't wanna make it anymore. Amy on Link? Maybe.

Sad about Rouge, but Amy on Link? Even though I don't use Link, that would probably make me use him as a regular character. And about characters that might need imports, let's see...

im not a sonic fanboy i really dont know what to vote since i dont know their models but a knuckles  seems fine but i always liked the water guy dont know the name :S he looked cool :P
