I've decided to go ahead and just make a thread for my PSA's.
It'll be easier i my opinion.
So, here they are.Projects currently in the works:
~ Shine Marth,
- Light Effects
- On Hit Cancel
~ Blaze Fox
- Fire Based
- Quick
- Powerful (Not OP)
- On Hit Cancel
Thats all for now. As I get more Ideas I'll update this post.

Nothing really.
That was a noobish psa. (When I first learned to psa.)
But heres its changelist:
1. An icy SIDE B (pic #2)_(You must be in the air when used)
2. A White falcon Punch (pic #1)
3. down A in air forces in ground (pic #3)
4. Backward throws has ice effect but doesn't freeze
Came from the description.

This is a little preview. It shows the on-hit cancel, the gab, everything.
For those who don't know what one-hit cancel is, its the thing SDo0m's Kid Buu has.
MarioDK's goku and SMBZ Mario has it as well.
