Down Throw: 24 Seconds
Neutral B: Fire Ball shot
Down Grab: 3:43 Seconds
Forward Grab: Shell Assault. Bowser goes into his shell and slams into the opponent 3 times before sending them flying. Similar to around 4:25
Forward Smash: Chomp? Bowser takes a large bite similar to Wario's Neutral B but more ferocious.
Down Smash: Shell Roll (Think.. Sonic's Down Smash but with Bowser)
Down Special air/ground: Same but you'll be able to adjust the speed you fall in order to feint your opponent. Kudos to the Brawl- team.
If possible, after a while, you'll start flashing and be able to transform into Metal Bowser w/ a taunt.
Final Smash: Fire Blast around 4:27 Maybe?
Thats what I came up with from that video. Moveset subject to change of course. I'm just an animator. The ppl in charge of this can decide on what they want.

Edit: BtW, I don't know how to psa individual character floating points. Meanining I don't know how to PSA a fireball. If anyone else knows or knows someone who knows, that'd be helpful when the time comes.
If it can't be done using Bowser's floating poitns, then his fireball will have to be an artificial projectile. An example of which is Cloud's fireball and meteors, or Shadow's Chaos Spear.

The thing that pisses me off about Project: M the most is that Sheik's chain doesn't tether ledges anymore. WHY THE NERF? :/ If only hacking Brawl paid bills.

Nice ideas. Everything looks possible, I think I can pull off the artificial fireball maybe. |

that would be fine, Bowser is a slow character so he has to be strong and precised. So the artificial fireball would be a good ideA |
