Insert this code with GCT Edit into your RSBE_01.gct:

    Lvl 16 CPUs
    C2693A70 00000002
    3880000F 909E01D4
    60000000 00000000

    Here's GCT Edit:

I honestly have much more fun playing against CPUs now.

So what's the difference? Do the CPUs stop going after you instead of each other? Is it harder going against them?

I've used this for a while and they are a lot more fun to play against than level 9s.

    They aren't as stupid.
I've noticed they have better evasive skills and are more aggressive in combat.
Thanks to AdfroMan for posting the code on this forum on a thread around earlier this month.

This, but I only started using it last weekend.

Everyone should definitely have this code on if you play against CPUs.

They are significantly harder, I still beat them though. They often use cheap shots and spam projectiles.

If you have the code on then the CPU level will be an infinity symbol by default which stands for lvl16.

Do these CPUs learn like the Level 9s?

I don't like fighting level 9s, not because they're hard, but they're cheap shots that go after characters with the higher percent. I'd like to know what's the actual changes in it.
