I did it!

Just put "Sub Routine 0x000246D4" (change parameter 0 to 246D4) in every attack that you want it in. Make sure that it's the 1st thing in the tab (GFX, SFX, Main, Other) that you put it in.

BEWARE: anything else in that tab will not work. Either re-locate the other things in the tab, delete them, or put the sub routine in an empty tab.

Well, I kinda already fixed the problem anyway.

It could still be tried. Some instances where the character models had less bones actually worked.

How goes the project? I see you've apparently gotten the 2 guns to work. How did you do it? It would be useful for my Reborn hack if I had a way of making him hold 2 guns at the same time.
