You're most likely using the PAL version of the game. The PAL version has different SFX IDs than the Japanese or North American version. If you have a list of the PAL SFX Id, go into PSA and change them in the SFX Tabs... that would take time... especially if you have no experience in PSA whatsoever...

No I have the american version. Its not the sfx pack that doesnt work its the psa itself. Ive used other cloud stife hacks that work with the sfx pack, but this particular PSA has the voice disabled by whomever made it. I want to know how to edit this to allow this PSA to have a voice

In that case, go into PSA and add them in the SFX Tab of the Sub Actions...

Every Sub Action has 4 Tabs. Main (Hitboxes and the like), GFX (Graphical Effects used in the move), SFX (Sounds you hear), and Other (Other things like Slope Events, Model Changers or Screenshakes).

There's an add button. It gives you a No Event Event... lol. Modify that Event to a Sound Effect Event (There is 3. Pick the 1st one). Then change the Parameter the the SFX ID. You may want a SFX ID List.

You may also want to put an Asynchronous Timer Event before the Sound Effect Event. That way the Sound Effect will play at that certain time.

So I have to do this for each sound effect? Even if I already have a sfx pack for him in my brsar?

Not for every SFX. Only for Certain SFX for that certain move (or Sub Action)...

Ok I understand. But how does it know what voices correspond with the action. Is the brsar in unison with this or something?

Normally I'd find a SFX ID List... but I only have one for Common Sounds, not Specific Characters... If all else fails, use the Low Voice Clip Event. It plays a random attacking voice clip.

Ok. Thank you so much for all your help! Really quick do you know where I can find a sfx id list or the low voice clip events?

Low Voice Clip is one of the Events used in PSA. Normally used in Jabs, Tilts, and Aerial Attacks.

    Have fun!
