New to Uploading: YouTube Preview Link?

Topic name says it; I'm not sure what to put in the "preview link" text box for brstm uploads. Do I use the share url or embed url like below, or do I have to do some special coding? Don't be afraid to get complicated, I can handle it.

Examples:

Code ("share url with '.' ") Select Expand

Code ("share url without '.' ") Select Expand

http://youtube/kvqVXFFcQqQ

Code ("embed url") Select Expand

Just enter the video URL in the preview.
