A really noob question

I just tried to replace Jack H's Pre-Hexed PAC Files in my sd card and they didn't run. Should I be using Brawl Box in any way? I put them in pf/fighter. Is this the correct location? Textures work fine for me all the time (I deleted them from my sd before inserting the Hexed PAC files) but they do not work. I'm running SSBB off a backup disc on a 3.2u firmware NSTC with the latest File Replacement code.

Suggestions?

Open it in BB and press file-->save as and change it to pcs.
