Double post alert. I do believe I found a fix for the Run animation problem (still no fix for the grab glitch). He runs now properly and even fixes some other animations. However, it disgruntles his left foot period (only a little bit of a eye sore, nothing more). I also had to resign some bone indexes to get it working (resigning them back to there original places). Use all the files to test it yourself as for this model is slightly modified.

uhggg ill hold off on that becuz the run we have right now isn't too bad and the foot really pisses me off i mean unless u really want me to post the solution :/

I don't think you understand. Without this fix, ALL animations which require movement will screw up. This fix IS important, so I really want you to post the solution.

You mean what I did now? I basically resigned the boneindexes back to where they were when I hexed the model for the first time. The changing of bone Z's boneindex was what screwed up the animations. However, as consequence, by using his left foot (toe actually) as TransN, it got disgruntled.

y don't you use one of the tail bones as transN so that we don't sacrafice anthing O.o then motions work and so do everything else

y don't you use one of the tail bones as transN so that we don't sacrafice anthing O.o then motions work and so do everything else I can give it a try, but I suspect that it will only lead to the same problem we had before. So don't get your hopes up. EDIT: The tails didn't work, but guess what, his hipbag did! His left foot is still flappy though and his hipbag moves when you move (I tried texturing the bag out, but that failed and Polygon remove it isn't useful as for it would also delete a part of his right leg), but it is at least better than a disgruntled foot (not all the time at least) Pics: (Naruto's foot should probably need to be keyframed to stay in position, I suggest keyframing the positions of both L_toe and L_toe_eff).
