Anyone know how to edit a PSA to get it to have someone else's SFX?
Thanks.

Problem with doing that is that the characters you want would have to be in the match at the same time...

Go to the SFX Tab, and change the values of the Sound Effects Events.

That is all I can tell you cause I don't use Swapped SFX...

Either double click the Sound Effect Events, or Click on a Sound Effect Event, and click modify. There, you should be able to change the value.

You sound as if you don't know how to use PSA...

Don't ask me. I don't use SFX Swapping Codes...

I assume you wouldn't need to if you're simply swapping Sound Banks...
