Did you put the .rel in pf\module?
Did you rename it to STGDXCRUISE?
Are you NTSC?

.rel is in pf\module. Stage is renamed STGDXCRUISE. I am NTSC. I'll fiddle around it with a bit more and see if I can't figure out what the issue is. It's an odd one (at least for me it is).

Thanks to dingoberriz, who had the idea of making jigglypuff having more hats than just the original or the two RandomTbush imported, I managed to make this falcon jigglypuff. You'll probably put the textures of the former falcon jigglypuff made by Dhragen at Stacksmash, as it fit a lot. I'm just putting the normal textured one, so you can texture it as you want once you get it. Enjoy :P

My green jigglypuff is prepared to have 4 different hats by only moving/renaming stuffs inside the pcs file, so when I want to use another cap, I just edit it a little without extracting/importing a single file from it and I get it :P
