help with character portraits

i have DL'd a recent CSS posted on the texture hacks section and the person didnt remove his character portraits.

i dont know if hes gonna remove them or not so i wanted to ask you guys how would i remove it from a CSS?

You don't want to be removing the portraits.  Instead, get hold of an unedited char_bust_tex_lz77.pac file and replace the edited one inside sc_selcharacter.pac.
